Kristen Hayes
MSPT, ASTYM© Certified, Supervisor

Kristen joined the physical therapy team full-time in August 1999 after completing her last orthopedic clinical rotation at this facility. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco in 1999. Through Kristen's demonstration of dedication to the clinic, patients and staff she became the clinic supervisor in 2004. Kristen believes in an eclectic approach, utilizing various physical therapy treatment philosophies (including, but not limited to Maitland, Sarhman, Gary Gray Functional Approach, etc.) for a more thorough and complete evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries. She regularly attends continuing education courses to enhance and broaden her clinical skills with an emphasis on manual techniques. She is also an active member of the APTA and California chapter. Kristen is certified in the ASTYM© treatment technique. Kristen believes in staying active herself and enjoys hiking, wakeboarding, snowboarding and jogging. She has participated in various marathons, half marathons, and multi day trekking adventures.

Gary Blackburn

Gary is a graduate of Cal State University Northridge class of 2003, where he earned his bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Physical Therapy. He has been practicing in outpatient orthopedic clinics since then. He began his career at Center for Physical Therapy in 2003 and then worked at Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Chula Vista for 2 years. He also did Home Health Physical Therapy for 4 years, and returned here to Arch in 2014. His interests and background in sports allows him to treat a variety of injuries including throwing, strengthening, and sports specific training. Gary is a 8 year veteran of the US Navy Submarine Force and has played football, basketball and softball on traveling military all-star teams. His experience with sports rehab is extensive from a personal and professional perspective. His interests include outdoor activities such as fishing and camping as well as watching his daughters play competitive club soccer. Gary lives in Ramona with his wife Kristen, 3 daughters and a son.    

Jen Keller

Jen Keller received a Master of Physical Therapy degree from California State University, Northridge in 2004. She joined the Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise in 2006 and has enjoyed serving the orthopedic needs of the community in which she grew up. In April 2010, Jen became ASTYM© certified and has seen the benefits of this treatment tool for patients with diagnoses such as tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, bursitis, tendinitis and frozen shoulder. Jen lives with her husband in Carmel Mountain Ranch, with their young daughter and son. 


Sue Pietrzyk

Sue received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1984. She has undergone extensive post-graduate orthopedic manual training for spinal and peripheral mobilization in Maitland and McKenzie. She is certified in Mat Pilates and weight training through the International Weightlifting Association (IWA). She has completed her practitioner's course work in massage from The School of Healing Hands in Escondido. Sue has been a practicing therapist for more than 32 years in orthopedic clinics and enjoys promoting healthy lifestyles and injury prevention. Sue enjoys spending time with family, gardening, hiking, yoga and weekend adventures with friends.

Oriana Chan

Oriana first joined Arch Health Medical Group in 2013 as a Physical Therapy Aide. She then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos in 2017 and rejoined the clinic as a Physical Therapist. She is currently working towards completing her Manual Therapy Certification through which she is learning advanced orthopedic techniques. Oriana believes in a holistic approach and considers posture, ergonomics, lifestyle, and the kinetic chain when choosing patient-centered interventions. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the California Physical Therapy Association, through which she participates in advocacy activities to promote the Physical Therapy profession. Her interests include hiking, camping, rock climbing, volunteering, and cooking. Oriana lives with her husband in Poway.


Christopher Neel
Chris received his Associates Arts Degree in Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from Loma Linda University 1993 and has been with Arch Health Medical Group Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise since 2013.   After working for many experience filled years in the field, Chris is happy to be a part of a team where he has always longed to have been, where the full benefits of his skills can be fully utilized.  Using manual therapy as his baseline, Chris is proficient in the McKenzie Technique and is certified in Weight Training through the International Weightlifting Association (IWA).  He enjoys physical activities including but not limited to: basketball, weightlifting and hiking.  Among his accomplishments: Having sumitted Mount Whitney and looks forward to similar accents such as Yosemite’s Half Dome.
