The Patient Service Center is here to help you! Our dedicated staff is here to answer your questions regarding scheduling appointments, authorizations, insurance verification, prescription refills, and more! 
Hours of Operation:
We welcome the opportunity to provide superior customer service between the hours of:
8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday.
**Mondays and Fridays are high call volume days** 
Because we value your time we added a new feature.  This option gives our callers a choice to request a callback without losing place in queue.  Select our new Call Back Feature-Follow the prompts and enter your 10 digit phone number for a call back .
