Become a Patient at Arch Health Medical Group

 At Arch Health, we are committed to providing the highest level of quality and personalized health care for you and your family. Scheduling an appointment is as easy as 1-2-3!
 
Step 1: If you haven't done so, please select your doctor
 
You may view Find a Doctor to select a physician. If you require personal assistance, call 858.613.8900 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Infants and children can be seen in Family Practice as well as Pediatrics. Family Practice treats ALL ages while Internal Medicine treats those who are 18+ years of age.
 
Step 2: Health Plan / Insurance 
 
If you are required (e.g., HMO), please notify your Health Plan/Insurance of the doctor you selected. Call the toll-free number for Member Services on your insurance card. Please keep in mind that your Health Plan may have your doctor listed under Arch Health Medical Group. View a complete list of insurances accepted by Arch Health Medical Group providers.
 
Step 3: Schedule an appointment
 
Same-day appointments are arranged based upon urgency and availability. If you must cancel an appointment, please try to notify the doctor's office at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. For your convenience, you may also request an appointment online.
 
If you did not provide your insurance information at the time of appointment scheduling or if your insurance has changed, please call 858.613.8900 to provide health insurance information several days before your first appointment.  Plan to arrive 20 minutes early to complete the registration process. For your convenience, you may complete many of the registration and patient forms online here.
