Express Check-in is now available at some of our convenient locations!  This convenient, electronic check-in option allows you to quickly and easily get your “paperwork” out of the way – so that we can better focus on your health care needs during your visit.

Enrolling in the Arch Patient Portal is as easy as 1-2-3!

The next time you are at your physician's office, request a Patient Portal account. They will provide you with an enrollment token number to activate your account.
