The annual CAPG Standards of Excellence™ (SOE) survey requires participating medical groups to publically report its data across five rigorous category domains: Care Management, Information Technology, Accountability and Transparency, Patient-Centered Care, and Group Support of Advanced Primary Care. 
This is the third consecutive year Arch Health Medical Group has received Elite status from CAPG, and it has received this award four out of the last five years.

Selected by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services

Arch Health Medical Group has been selected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as one of 516 awardees in 47 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia to participate in the Million Hearts® Cardiovascular Disease Risk Reduction Model works decrease cardiovascular disease risk by assessing an individual patient’s risk for heart attack or stroke and applying prevention interventions.

Value Based - Audit Reviewed

Awarded by National Committee for Quality Assurance

Arch Health Medical Group is audited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Value Based Pay for Performance, or VBP4P, audit review.

The VBP4P audit review is a statewide initiative that is carried out to ensure high value in healthcare in over 200 physician groups in California. Specifically,  the VBP4P audit aims to assess aspects of care that are most relevant to patients and those involved in healthcare that reflect a move toward more coordinated, integrated team care. Measures also focus on cost and resource management as well as quality in care.
