Chief Executive Officer

Deanna Kyrimis was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Arch Health Partners on December 1, 2014. During her tenure at Arch Health Partners, she has overseen the development of an Accountable Care Organization and Managed Service Organization.  Deanna has guided the corporation through a complete reorganization to focus in on strategic imperatives relative to the future of value based healthcare.  Under Ms. Kyrimis’ leadership, Arch Health Partners has enjoyed continued recognition as an award winning Medical Foundation both with Integrated Healthcare Association, “Excellence in Healthcare” for clinical quality, patient experience and total cost of care, and CAPG, “Elite” for care management, information technology, accountability and transparency, patient centered care and group support of advanced primary care.  Ms. Kyrimis has led the market expansion of Arch Health Partners and continues to seek out innovative mechanisms to deliver care to patients within their communities and close, if not in, their homes.  Arch Health Partners is recognized for its excellence and expertise in managed care with a proven population health and care/utilization management infrastructure. 

Prior to Arch Health Partners, Deanna served as Chief Executive Officer at the New Mexico Heart Institute where she led the successful expansion of their state-wide network, supporting more than ten hospitals. Deanna was recognized as the Albuquerque Business Journal’s Top CEO in 2014 for her transformative leadership and dedication to never losing sight of what really matters – patients. Deanna has served on several not for profit boards which focus on patient education, advocacy, healthcare legislation and innovation in creating new, more effective, patient-centered models for delivering care. Deanna has more than 20 years of demonstrated success in strategic growth and a strong history of leadership with complex healthcare organizations.

Deanna received her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oxford; her Master’s in Business Administration with a Focus in Healthcare Management from the University of California – Irvine; and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University.

 

Chief Informations Officer 

Mary Kay Payne joined Arch Health Partners as Chief Information Officer in 2010 overseeing a technology landscape which has supported the growth of the organization from two to eight locations while doubling the number of providers to approximately ninety.   Mary Kay also leads the Health Informatics and Decision Support Departments and works in partnership with clinical leadership to champion technology that directly enhances the patients’ experience and their health outcomes.   She has led the development of technology to integrate clinical protocols at the point of care while creating actionable data repositories for population health management and improvement.  In Collaboration with hospitals, health information exchanges and other partners, Mary Kay continues to develop the infrastructure leading Arch Health Partners and partner organizations into the future of healthcare, excellence in care and utilization management, improving quality while reducing the total cost of care.   Mary Kay is also leading the development of strategies to improve the social aspects of population health beyond traditional healthcare ensuring the needs of the whole patient are being addressed.   Mary Kay frequently speaks on innovation through technology, health informatics and population health management strategies. 

Prior to joining Arch Health Partners she held multiple positions over a span of twenty-four years at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA, including Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Planning and Decision Support and Director of Program Development.   Throughout her career Mary Kay has provided strong leadership for organizations during strategic growth and service expansion.  

Mary Kay received her Bachelor of Science in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and Master of Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles. 

 

 

Chief Human Resources Officer

Melinda Carmichael joined Arch Health Partners in June 2016. Melinda is a Strategic, Results Oriented Human Resources Professional with over 20- years of progressive HR experience. She provides Strong Executive Leadership with the ability to identify gaps, implement project plans, and drive results through partnership and collaboration. Prior to joining Arch Health Partners, Melinda served as Head of Human Resources for St. Paul's Senior Services, a non-profit Senior Living provider, supporting seven campuses, including two Programs for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a Skilled-Nursing Facility (SNF), three Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care facilities, a Childcare program and a Intergenerational Senior Daycare program. Melinda received her Bachelor's in Business Administration - Human Resources Management from Baker University, Michigan. She attained her Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from Human Capital Institute (HCI) and her Senior Certified Professional Certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SPHR).

Chief Operating Officer

Matt Niedzwiecki was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Arch Health Partners in October 2016. He brings an extensive background in ambulatory and operations leadership. His experience began in 1992 where he worked at Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles as the Director of Quality and Case Management. Then in 1996 he was the Executive Leader of Ambulatory and Quality Management Services for Rady Children’s Hospital. After serving in that role, Matt transitioned to Children’s Hospital, Orange County as Vice President of Ambulatory, Ancillary and Support Services. In his most recent position, he served as Chief Operating Officer at the Orthopedic Institute, Los Angeles. Matt steered the design, development and operational activation of an ambulatory surgery center also responsible for leading a strategic outreach program that vastly expanded the footprint of the institute. Throughout his tenure, Matt has led outreach and expansion projects, operationalized medical home models and maintained quality metrics in the 90th percentile (HEDIS).

Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ferris State University and Masters in Business Administration, Concentration in Finance and Business Economics, from Wayne State University. In addition to his education, he has several certifications in this field including:

  • Lean Healthcare from the University of Michigan
  • Edwards Deming Institute
  • Philip Crosby Quality College

Matt is also the author of “Continuous Improvement Tools” A Practical Guide to Achieve Quality Results, Volume 1 and 2, 1994.

 

Chief Financial Officer

Hubert “Hugh” King was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Arch Health Partners in November 2016. He brings a proven track record with developing strategic financial plans. He established a system of corporate financial policies/processes and has executed financial excellence.

Hugh has over thirty years of experience in healthcare plus an extensive background in business development, profitability analyses, regulatory compliance, managed care/fee for service/narrow networking contracting, joint ventures, revenue cycle, and operations leadership. He led Finance teams at Foundation Healthcare, SoutheastHEALTH, Valley Health System and Porter.

Hugh received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Central Florida and C.P.A. from the State of Indiana and Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

“Hugh” will help lead our transformation throughout the organization with a focus on excellence in developing patient centered care.
