	Dr. Truitt is a board-certified physician specializing in Dermatology. After receiving her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington D.C., Dr. Truitt went on to become a General Surgical Categorical Resident at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital, a Cutaneous Oncology Fellow at the UC San Francisco Hospital, a Clinical Research Fellow at the UC Irvine, a Dermatology resident at UC Irvine and Dermatological Surgical Fellow at St. John’s Institute of Dermatology, St. Thomas Hospital, London. Dr. Truitt specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, considered to be the most advanced and effective treatment of skin cancer. By combining surgical expertise with careful microscopic examination of consecutive tissue samples, to assure that all signs of skin cancer are removed, skin cancer can often be cured in one office visit. Dr. Truitt also has expertise in cosmetic dermatology, including lasers, chemical peels, botulin toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers. Dr. Truitt joined Arch Health Partners in February 2012, and is quickly building the reputation of being a sincere patient advocate for dermalogic care.
